[ PROJECT MANAGER]

GERMAN SCINTO

German is a driven design professional with over ten years’ experience in Project Administration, Project Management, architectural design, and 3D renderings. He’s demonstrated ability to oversee projects from conception to completion, and proven an ability to handle all responsibilities involved in managing complex architectural projects.

Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and inclined to the arts from a young age, German was most comfortable with a pencil and paper in hand. Moved to United States at the age of 18 years old, studied architecture in the University of Miami, where got his degree in Bachelor of Science.

German believes that buildings are living sculptures, seeking to find balance between form, function and the elements, in a seamless way. This can be achieved by aiming for clarity, with the use of simple forms, balance, harmony, alignment, and natural light. When successful, the building should bring a sense of tranquility to the beholder.
